 Publication of Abstracts and submission of Congress materials:

Publication of materials is free. Abstracts should be submitted till the April 20, 2018. The organizing Committee has the right to refuse publication of abstracts that do not meet the requirements and standards needed.


1. All abstracts should be submitted in electronic form. The document must be in MS Word format (files with doc extension only are accepted). 

2.  The name of the file sent by e - mail must be written in Russian and consist of firstly author's surname followed by initials, for example: "Ivanov I. I." The subject of the email must read “conference abstracts".

Abstract design, Guidelines and Regulations

1. The page format must be A4 (210×297 mm). Work should be typed in times new Roman font, 14 point, double-spaced with margins at the top - 20 mm, left - 30 mm, right - 10 mm, bottom - 20 mm. 

2. Author's surname(s) and initials should be on the first line, center alignment. The abstract tile must be typed in the second line in capital letters, bold font, center alignment. On the third line-the full name of the organization, city, country, alignment in the center. After a line is skipped, then contents of abstract follows. Figures, tables, graphic images will not be not published.

3. References to literature sources are prepared in accordance with the rules of bibliographic description and the requirements for scientific publications, otherwise links will not be published. 

4. Abstracts should be carefully verified and edited. The maximum volume of abstracts is 2 pages. Abstracts exceeding this amount will not be considered. Only one article (as the first author), not more than four articles in co-authorship, is accepted from one author.

5. The author (s) grant the publisher the following rights:

- the right to reproduce the work without limiting the circulation of copies;

- the right to publish, communicate to the public, duplicate, replicate or otherwise reproduce the work;

- the right to distribute the work in any way, including via the Internet;

- the right to public use and demonstration of the work for informational and other purposes;

- the right to make editorial changes;

- the right to use metadata (title, name of the author (copyright holder), annotations, etc.) of the work by processing and systematization, as well as inclusion in various databases and information systems (to increase the index of citation of articles).

Authors (co-authors) are not paid any remuneration.

Full-text articles are accepted in the journal "Department of traumatology and orthopedics" (the journal is indexed in the RSC, included in the list of recommended VAC journals) by e-mail: trauma.journal@mail.ru
